Why have utilita changed the data displayed across the app, online and on the smart metre. I can no longer see what my annual usage is. I have to add up all the individual payments over the year for both gas and electricity to get a figure.

It's a monumental blunder on Utilita's part. It's self serving and not in the customer's interest.

    Hi @Cliffster

    Thanks for your message!

Currently we're experiencing an issue with our MyUtilita app that is effecting a section of our customer base - we are absolutely aware of it, and our App team are working on a fix that will enable those customers effected to be able to see their usage in financial terms again. We're really sorry for this inconvenience.

    Many thanks
    Pete

Thanks for the explanation. I'm sorry for the "self serving" comment but I could think of no possible good reason why it should be removed. I use my annual spend, or last 12 months figure, to work out a regular monthly spend regardless of usage so I don't have bigger bills in the winter. That figure is crucial.

I'm pleased to hear it will be reinstated and thank you again for your reply and explanation.
