Currently we're experiencing an issue with our MyUtilita app that is effecting a section of our customer base - we are absolutely aware of it, and our App team are working on a fix that will enable those customers effected to be able to see their usage in financial terms again. Thanks for the explanation. I'm sorry for the "self serving" comment but I could think of no possible good reason why it should be removed. I use my annual spend, or last 12 months figure, to work out a regular monthly spend regardless of usage so I don't have bigger bills in the winter. That figure is crucial.
I'm pleased to hear it will be reinstated and thank you again for your reply and explanation.
