    Not sure if this is relevant to Utilita Community - first time here: I received a message this morning at 7:18 am to say "Your Gas supply was turned off as of 6.57 am today. You'll need to top up your Gas meter to turn it on." However, my gas wasn't turned off because I still had plenty in there. Called the recommended telephone numbers, but no one answered.
    Tried chat, but it couldn't understand me. Gas is still working. Anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks for getting in touch - that sounds a bit strange, as at that time of day, even if you'd had no credit you'd still have been on the friendly credit system until 10am.

    If you've still got the message, please send me a screenshot, along with some account information so that I can get this investigated for you.
