    Im new to this and have a problem with the app. Utilita are no help so maybe one of you lovely people can help.
    my app won’t update the top ups and both gas and electricity are stuck on a figure from a week ago so although my history shows the payments, I’m just guessing cos I’ve no idea what’s actually being used.
    can someone help?

    @Trav, hi mate my twenty quid top up on my leccy last night was taken out of my bank account but it still hasn't been put on my account. It's disgraceful I don't think utility know what they're doing. I don't even get the warning that my credit is running low anymore either or the leccy not turning off, went on holiday at the end of June, the first week in July the leccy turned off during the weekend and ruined everything I had in both fridge and freezer because I didn't get a warning my credit was low. It's disgraceful and all we get is a robot to talk to that doesn't understand English, absolutely raging is putting it mildly. Hope you get yours sorted, bud
