My current Tariff Name is "Smart Energy", Region Midlands. I have a smart meter but I am not sure if this is 1st or 2nd generation. Am I going to be moved to the standing charge tariff?

Any of our existing customers who's tariffs will be changing have been sent information by letter which will explain how it may affect them directly. If you haven't received a letter and you are a prepayment customer you should not be affected by the change.
