- The details you entered do not match the information we hold for you, or you are not on supply with us yet. Please make sure your Customer Reference Number, Date of Birth and Postcode are correct to register for My Utilita.

That does sound frustrating. Sometimes we will have some incorrect details registered if somewhere along the line a date of birth or postcode is off by 1 digit.
