What is going on with your app I'm a pay as you go customer and since you have updated your system it's not telling me how much I have spent only wkl PH what is this all about I have been on X to try and find out and there is alot of people unhappy about this as they have had no reply how can you say your doing really well when customer service is the worst I have ever none in my life

I didn't ask for any updaits I'm really not happy abought this I didn't ask for thees meters in the first place you have nothing but problems with loosing signal and wen your credit on you gass starts to disappear wen the gass is switched off at the meter out side cos I choose not to use the gas it's just one thing after another I never had problems with the old gas and electricity meaters
