We wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to our Pay Monthly tariffs (those paid by Direct Debit, Billpay card, or monthly bill). This doesn’t affect prepayment customers who top up their meters.

From 1 October, Pay Monthly tariffs will include a standing charge, and the first two kWh per day will no longer be charged at a higher rate.

If you’d prefer to stay on a no standing charge tariff, you can switch to a prepayment tariff by contacting our friendly Customer Service team. You can contact them on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.

We understand this might not suit everyone, and while we’d love for you to stay, you’re free to switch to another supplier with no exit fees.

You can reach us on 0330 333 7442, Monday–Friday 8am–8pm, and Saturday 8am–5pm.

Remember, your energy costs depend on your usage, and you can always find support on our website.

Hi Pete , Can you message me to discuss please . This is the email I received where it details the standing charge and the new single rate which was 55.130 and will now be 27.050 with no saver rate . Can you clarify that the new rate and also the standing charge includes vat as the email states that is does . Also attached my bill last month

I can confirm that all prices shown for the new tariff Include VAT.
