We wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to our Pay Monthly tariffs (those paid by Direct Debit, Billpay card, or monthly bill). This doesn’t affect prepayment customers who top up their meters.

From 1 October, Pay Monthly tariffs will include a standing charge, and the first two kWh per day will no longer be charged at a higher rate.

If you’d prefer to stay on a no standing charge tariff, you can switch to a prepayment tariff by contacting our friendly Customer Service team. You can contact them on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.

We understand this might not suit everyone, and while we’d love for you to stay, you’re free to switch to another supplier with no exit fees.

Remember, your energy costs depend on your usage, and you can always find support on our website.
