My generation 1 smart meter is not talking to Utilita so I am having to supply readings. The two rates are coded IMP T1 B1 and IMP T1 B2. I would like to know which refers to peak and off peak as these codes are different from the RO1 and RO2 which is supposed to appear but doesn't. Recent bills show estimated readings which are completely different from the readings on my meter

Hi @Marl,
It could be labelled this way depending on the brand of the meter, as long as both readings are provided our agents will be able to add the readings correctly additionally if you was to call in we could check the comms on your meter.

It's just that the manual entry page on my account asks for peak and off peak readings...
Also my hub is variously saying 'not commissioned' and 'Not connected to meter network' -

In regards to your Hub this will be linked to the comms of your meters - A IHD will not display the information correctly if there is no comms coming from the main meters, any of our agents will be able to look into this for you I would recommend speaking to our customer service team on n 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
