I get both my gas & electric from utilita but last night when I went on the app to top up my electric it now only shows gas and nothing for electric. Ive been trying to contact utilita but only get the live chat option which doesn't seem to be working. Does anybody know a contact number please as I need to top up my electric. Or as anybody else got this problem. Thank you.

Our Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
Additionally our website has a Live chat option if this helps.
You can also send me a DM directly with your contact details and account reference number and I will take a look.
