I’m having trouble with my app, it won’t let me ok the two step verification, there is no way to scroll down to the verification button after I’ve clicked on my verification (email or sms) I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it’s still the same. Any ideas?

I would recommend giving our Customer Services team a call - they will be able to look into this further and assist you with the two step verification. Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
