Thanks for getting in touch! Are you referring to the app or the In Home Display in your house? This change could be down to a setting that needs adjusting, but it could be really straightforward to fix!

No i used to be able to go into usage on the app and it would tell me in pounds how much i use a day

Thanks for letting me know. We are aware of some ongoing issues with the way the MyUtilita app is performing at the moment, and we've been advised that an update is in the process of being rolled out. If you're still experiencing these issues in the next couple of days, please let me know and we can take this information back to the app development team - but we're aware of the situation and are currently working on a fix for it!
