Thanks for getting in touch! Please accept my apologies for the delayed response.
I'd recommend in the first instance, to uninstall then reinstall the MyUtilita app. This will ensure that your app is updated to the latest version, If you are able to clear the cache for the app before doing this as well, that would be even better as it will remove all of the file from your phone. If you still experience issues with the app after doing this, drop me a DM, with some account information (Full name, address and if possible your account number), and we can investigate further.
