    I have no money, my electric meter is out of credit and I don't qualify for a top-up as I already owe an amount to utilita for both electric and gas. I have nobody who I can ask for financial help to get my electric back on.

    What do I do?
    Any help/advice is very much appreciated.


    UPDATE: My issue has been resolved. I maged to secure credit for my meter, do I won't go off supply.

    Thanks for posting.

    I would absolutely recommend giving our Customer Services team a call - depending on your circumstances they may be able to provide additional financial support until you next get paid. Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
