I tried to apply for the warm home discount but it keeps saying they already have my application. I dont receive pension credit so I assume im in the broader group. I have always had to apply in the past.

The Warm Home Discount scheme has undergone a few changes, and whether you need to apply can change depending on the area of the UK you live in. Can I ask, are you currently living in Scotland, or are you currently living in England or Wales?

I am presuming we are too early and the window opens later? Maybe the application from last year they are checking?

Hi Both,

I apologise for the inconvenience you have faced with this issue. The issue had been caused by an error in our systems where it had not removed last years applications from the system. This has now been amended and should be able to process applications for this year.
