I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to use the credit transfer feature on the app. At the moment there has been a widespread issue ongoing with the credit transfer feature, which our app team are investigating and trying to resolve. This has proved to be quite a technical issue and has been affecting quite a lot of customers.
If you send me a direct message with your account number, I will be able to pass this on to our app team and let them know that you are one of the customers affected by this.
