I had a new smart meter fitted on the 26th of August, as my previous one was an older model. I was told I could start using the new smart meter within half an hour of the engineer leaving. The app is telling me that I'm not connected to WiFi, but the smart meter is saying it's connected. I've turned WiFi on and off and reconnected. I've moved smart meter nearer the electric meter, and it's still saying I'm not connected. The app isn't receiving upto date readings, I do not know what else to do, please someone help me to solve this
