There are a few different reasons why the ability to transfer credit may not work. The main reason at the moment is due to updates taking place on certain types of meter - have you had a notification recently to let you know that your meter's software is being updated?
I'd recommend giving our customer services team a call, or use the livechat option on the Utilita website - they'll be able to diagnose the issue for you quickly and let you know what's happening.
