    Hello, for nearly a month I’ve been trying to get back into my Utilita app, I have called customer services numerous times, spoke on chat too. They’ve told me they’ve told me they turned off the two step verification, No help at all as it’s still asking for security code but Everytime I request a code to verify my identity it doesn’t send I have done it countless times. I’ve checked to see if I’ve maybe blocked any email address with Utilita but there is none. I’m not receiving any emails from Utilita at all. I have to top up as guest and get the receipt sent to my husbands email as again I’m not receiving receipts ether Is there anyone who can help me? It would be wonderful to be able to top up normally and have my account back. So if anyone can help it would be wonderful. Please. Thank you.

    I am sorry to hear about this and this does sound like an issue an agent will need to look into I will be happy to investigate this Can you send me a DM using the link in my signature, additionally can your provide some screenshots and make and model of your phone and Operating system, can you also make sure the app and operating systems are updated.
