I’ve been asking for help for a while now, over the phone and through email but I haven’t got any successfully. my meters are not reading so I can’t tell how much credit I have and it doesn’t add automatically I have to add them manually. Sometimes I forgot and my energy runs out, could I get some help with this please? Thanks in advance.

Hi if you go to Utilita on their Facebook page and send them a message on there they will see it and reply back to you, they usually reply within 24 hours, thats how i contact them if i need help and they always reply back to me within 24 hours. Hope that helps you 😊

Its ok 😊, @KPJ just thinking i know you dont have fb anymore but do you still you messenger? If so you can still use it to send them a message.
