    When I try to log in it goes to secondary authentication. Then it won't go any further. I used to log in with my fingerprint. I still haven't got an in home display after 8 months so I need to be able to access the app. I waited 25 mins on the phone then spent another 45 mins trying everything to sort the problem but nothing has worked. Help!

    Hi @SuziQ,

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your app and IHD - our Customer Services team would definitely be able to investigate this in more detail for you as this sounds like you will require an agent to look into this additionally they will be able to Order you a new IHD to be delivered. I'd recommend giving them a call on 0330 333 7442, they are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday. They'll have the expertise to investigate this for you!
