Today (08/08/25) I clicked on the my Utilita app on my iPhone to top up my electricity but as a lot of people was met with just a White page, after checking everything was up to date, uninstalling and reinstalling the app I was still unable to top up and my smart meter was telling me there was £1.53 left.
the only thing I could think of was that I’ve got the app on my iPad and to my surprise everything was working fine and managed top up using that.
