So from the 6th of last month until this month 6th I have topped up a £100 I think there might be a fault there is know there is no way I can go through £20 in 7/8 days I can’t afford to keep topping up and now Utilita are sending a engineer on the 1st of September that will be another £100 I really can’t cope

I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your usage - our Customer Services team would definitely be able to investigate this in more detail for you. I'd recommend giving them a call on 0330 333 7442, they are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday. They'll have the expertise to investigate this for you!
