    Hi,

    Re; Customer Number; 6753856784.

    Both Smart Meters exchanged on 16th June 2025 due to communication issues.

    My July 2025 bill shows no actual readings.

    I messaged to be told no communication problems currently reported.

    Please can readings be pulled now to check that you have communication with my specific meters?

    Thank you for your post!

    I have had a look at your account and can see that we are getting regular meter readings from your meters and that they are communicating as expected. Looking at the bill on our systems, I can see that the last page is showing the meter readings that are being taken by the meter daily. It looks as though everything is in working order, however, if you are unsure of anything or would like further explanation, please feel free to send me a direct message!

    Thanks Ben. It’s me that’s regularly reading my meters. Those are the readings with ‘C’ against them. I can’t see any actual readings which would have an ‘R’ against them.

    Hello @TheFugitive,

    I can see that our meters are taking a reading every day at midnight. Our bills will always show a read submitted by a customer over one from the system, which is why it is only showing the readings that you have submitted. I can see that the midnight snapshots fall perfectly in line with readings you have been submitting.

    It's great that you have been submitting regular readings to ensure that you are billed accurately. However, now that we have meter readings every day from the meter, you do not necessarily need to be doing this. It is good practice to submit a reading at the end of each month just for peace of mind that the meter is taking accurate readings, but this isn't a requirement as the meter will continue to take daily readings.
