Hoping someone can help me...I have left my property on the 20/7/25 and have taken two meter readings. RT1 & RT2 but not sure who to contact to give this information to?.

Hi @Ceebeeman1,
Thank you for your post. When moving properties the team that you would need to speak with is the change of tenancy team. They will be able to vacate your account, update your meter readings and deal with any credit/debit on the account.
In order to contact them you can call our customer service line on 0330 333 7442 and select the option for moving home. Alternatively you can find our online moving out form by clicking here.
