    Ever since my meter upgrade a few months ago my app has constantly shown 89 days on my balances no matter how much is there. Every time I speak to someone I get the same answer that it will be looked at. Anyone have a solution?

    At the moment, we are currently experiencing issues within the app systems. One of the wide spread issues is that the app systems that the estimated days left of supply is showing an unrealistic amount. I'm sorry that you are one of the customers who are affected by this.

    Our app and IT teams are looking into this just now to try and find a fix within the app system, however, unfortunately we do not have a timescale of when this will be resolved.
