hi...I was on my emergency credit for both fuels. I've typed them both up with enough to bring them back into credit, the electric is fine, but the gas is showing as on minus credit ( still on emergency) but is showing more of a minus credit than it did before I topped it up. I wasn't into friendly credit, and my top up has been accepted a message says..I don't understand

@Kath from my experience gas takes a bit longer to go on than elec. Have you tried to enter the code from your receipt to get the money on qucker? If you are not desperate wait 15 min maybe and try to turn it on again :) Hope you get it sorted, not a very nice day to not have gas
