We wanted to give you a heads-up about an upcoming change to the POWER UP feature.

From Friday 25th July, the maximum amount you’ll be able to POWER UP will be £25 for electricity and £25 for gas. This update helps us keep the feature fair, manageable, and available to as many customers as possible—especially during times when budgets are tight.

What’s staying the same?

• You can still use POWER UP as often as you need.
• You’ll continue to choose a repayment rate that suits you (between 20% and 100%).
• You can still apply for both meters, as long as the second application is made within 10 hours of the first.

To use POWERUP, just open your MyUtilita app and tap the POWER UP option.

Don’t forget, you’ll still have access to:

• £15 emergency credit
• Friendly credit hours (to prevent disconnection overnight, on weekends, and bank holidays)
