There are a few things that could be causing this to happen. One thing this may be is that, at the moment, there is an issue affecting some customers with the data that the IHD is sending to the app systems. This is causing some features in the app to lose their functionality for affected customers.
Can I ask, your IHD connected to the wi-fi. Also, if it is, is the app showing an incorrect balance or saying it does not have an up to date reading?
