As above I switched to Utilita and had a smart meter installed I have had no hot water since
I’m on economy 7 but it’s not kicking in to heat my water or storage heaters
I have a 15 year old who needs to shower daily and it’s costing me money to constantly boost
i have had numerous calls with customer support but no answer
help !!!

I actually realised that Utilita had given me the wrong tariff . After numerous phone calls I finally managed to get it changed to an economy 7 tariff and finally had hot water this morning.
