    As above I switched to Utilita and had a smart meter installed I have had no hot water since
    I’m on economy 7 but it’s not kicking in to heat my water or storage heaters
    I have a 15 year old who needs to shower daily and it’s costing me money to constantly boost
    i have had numerous calls with customer support but no answer
    help !!!

    I'm sorry to hear this. It is quite account specific and we may need to send an engineer to your property to look at the meters. Could you please send me a direct message with your account information so I can look into this further?
