Can anyone help me ..
I don’t understand why my app will not give me a smart score or near realtime data..
My IHD always reads the same value as my smart meters..
My IHD is connected to WiFi and the cloud
yet my balances in the app are always significantly out of date.. often with the message we are unable to connect to your smart meter..
when I try to set up smart score I get the same messages. The app is constantly telling me to connect to WiFi to get better data? Yet I’m connected..
I’ve tried to reach out to Utilita but they just basically say tough.. if it says it can’t reach my meter..
But clearly there is a good connecting as when I top up My meter and IHD almost always reflect the new balance within a very short period of time (even when I top up on the app from a remote location)
