Hi when I join Utilita I never got a new in home display they said to carry on using my one from eon but now that one is not working how do I get a new one.
I'm sorry to hear that your IHD has stopped working. As this is quite account specific, the best course of action is to give our customer services a call on 0330 333 7442. One of our advisors will then try to re-connect your existing IHD or, if that does not work, send you a new device.
