    Hi all had an update 8 weeks ago and ever since I’m app is not running properly and my ihd won’t connect to meter I have been complaining for 8 weeks and still nothing has been done .

    plus been told that utilita are under investigation about there smart meters that why a update came out

    are they trying to hide something with ihd and app not working properly

    I can see no one has yet responded to you regarding this is this issue still happening? If so please can you drop me a DM using the link in my signature and i can have this looked into for you.

    In Regards to investigations about smart meters I am not aware of this, The official Ofgem website will always have any investigations ongoing for any energy company.
