I'm sorry to hear that this is ongoing for you, I really appreciate how frustrating this must be for you. Unfortunately, this can happen within the app for some customers, and we are unsure as to what causes this and how this would be resolved. As much as the meters are working correctly and are connected to the wi-fi, the app may not always show an up to date balance. This is explained within the terms and conditions of the app.
However, I will pass the feedback from yourself and others to our app development team as we do appreciate this. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
