    Hi everyone.

    Had my smart meters coms replaced yesterday and brand new smart display installed and guess what? Estimated meters balance again😂

    Last year I had to wait 8 months for the real time balance to appear on the app. I wonder how long it will take this time🤔

    Thanks for your message - It can take a few days for the meters to update fully, but I can give you a heads up to see how that process is going for you. I'll drop you a DM to see if we can get this looked into for you.

    This is a bit annoying, It's been many months in my case. And still does not work. I opened this thread myself in June 2025.

    In same home network, on same wifi as the smart mneter, is a Hive system. That works flawlessly. But the app insists my smart meter is not connected to wifi, where it very clearly is, almost continually so.

    I'm having the same issue. The IHD is showing correct balances so its not an issue with data between the meters and the IHD. I have connected the wifi to the IHD and that is all fine. Still getting estimated app and website balances. Spoke to customer services three times now - twice via whatsapp chat and once in a call. Whatsapp agent both times told me there is not "real-time" balances for the app despite me showing them a screen shot of the page on the app stating there is if wifi is connected and I also copied a section of your pages stating "real-time" balance is possible.
    I also asked that if anyone needed to speak to/update me, phone me not send a email/text. Yet you still have texted me twice after speaking to an agent.
    Sometimes feels like agents just give you some random answer hoping you don't know better just to get you off the call/chat.
