    hi all I had a update about 8weeks ago and my app and ihd not working properly

    1 app when I used to top up it used to tell me how much was coming off my top up to pay my dept now it shows nothing when I receive my receipt plus it always saying 87 days of electric left even if there is a £1 left

    2 ihd has stopped working it connects to WiFi but won’t connect to meter it’s been off and I carnt see meter because it’s too high

    3 I have complained about this for over 8 weeks now and nothing has been done

    Thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry to hear that your In Home Display isn't working, and that it's taken some time for anyone to give you a response.

    We are currently experiencing an issue with the app that means that customers who have had a software update to their meter may be experiencing some issues - if you can Direct Message me with some account info (Full name, 1st line of address and postcode, or account number), I can investigate this further and see if there is anything we can do immediately to resolve this issue for you.

    Our community is staffed between Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, outside these hours it's unlikely that you will get an immediate response. The community has been designed to share information with our customers and allow other community members to support and share ideas with. If you are experiencing issues with your account outside of the hours above, our Customer services team can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
