Last year in November i had both (gas and electricity) meters changed (was smart- changed to newer) together with smart display...but..
From day one IHD was not working properly. I called custer service but we could not get IHD working. Also and most important i think i recived S2 Credit display which is not for me becouse I'm pay as you go customer and should be given S2 PAYG IHD.
I've metion this while talking with help line. And things get worst.. after few days ihd get OTA update which i think had to change software version from credit to paygo but something wents wrong. IHD is not showing anything. For me is bricked.
So from 8 months i have useless smart display. And to check credit or turn on emergency credit i must go outside (both meters are outside not inside my house) to do it. Mobile app shows only estimated values and often happens that supply going off (10 am when i'm at work) becouse i had no info.
Is it possible to "fix" this ?
