    I've paid my bill and received a confirmation email and I'm suddenly getting URGENT text messages saying that I've not paid it. I have proof from my bank account and even a confirmation email from utilita saying it was paid. I don't understand why I'm getting these texts?

    Why am I getting URGENT messages saying I've not paid my bill???? Clearly I have. I've got bank aaccount proof and a confirmation email from utilita thanking me for paying. LAST WEEK! I'm switching to Octopus. This company is an absolute joke. The customer service is terrible if you can get through

    Thanks for taking the time to get in touch!

    Usually you'll get a payment reminder text a few days after the date that the bill was generated - so if you paid your bill on the day it was due, it may have "crossed over in the post" as it can take a couple of days for the payment to register on your account. If you have concerns, drop me a direct message, with some account information and I can absolutely take a look for you.
