    Hi my Utilita app on my phone isn’t working it’s not been right for 3 weeks the credit on my electric meter is way out all the time (over) I contacted Utilita and was told it was an issue with the meters not talking to the app I’ve had brand new meters fitted on Monday and the apps still not working I’ve been trying to get hold of Utilita but can’t I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled the smart hub is connected to my WiFi and has a good signal

    Hi @dawnjohnstone75,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. Sometimes the app systems have some trouble gathering data from meters when they are first installed. Also, if the old meters were not communicating then this means the app data would have been incorrect.
