Hi, so there is a Smart meter upgrade in process, I received 4 texts informing me of it. Then I get one that says there is a Potential safety concern and to ring the given number. I did that, followed the prompts and eventually got told to ring the normal number. I did not but tried the live chat, that ended after 20 minutes when they just cut me off without ever communicating with me. I sent in a complaint and got no response. Surely if there is a potential Safety Concern they should ring me. No contact was made.

Then I get a text saying the upgrade is complete.
Then I get a phone call saying that the potential safety concern is explained by me having solar panels, so all good.

Then two more texts saying there is a potential safety concern, then one saying the upgrade was complete, then a text saying potential safety concern, then a text saying the upgrade is in progress and now a text saying the upgrade has been rescheduled!!

This just appears to be AI gone mad, or no one seems to know what is going on because I don't!!

Total incompetence!
