Hi @Andyd,
We are having some issues with the app systems bringing up balance and usage data from some meters just now. This is primarily down to issues with the recent smart meter upgrade that has taken place.
Can I ask, was your meter part of this recent update?

Yes, we should be able to transfer the funds on our systems at our side. If you give our customer services a call on 0330 333 7442, and they will be able to help you out with that.
