            So I sent in my gas meter reading on 30th May, I normally get the bills between the 2nd and 5th of the month, but not had any bill on the app or online website for May,

 This is quite unusual as bills should have generated by the 8th of each month at the very latest. I would advise giving our customer services a call on 0330 333 7442, and a member of our billing team will be able to look into this for you.
