anybody had a problem with smart meter since upgrade?

I can see on another post you have gone into a bit more detail around the issues you have been having with the smart meter and the app. It may be where your meter has lost communications with our systems. This is one of the most common issues with the smart meters. If you give our customer services a call on 0330 333 7442, they will be able to try and connect the communications remotely, or if failing that book an engineer to check the communication strength to restore comms to your meter.
