I’ve been trying to make an account so that I am able to top up via my phone but it’s not letting me do so

Hi @Shey247,
To create an account with us, you would need to fill in a home move form or contact us on 0345 207 2000 to complete a change of tenancy for the property. Until this has been completed, you will be unable to create an account on the app as the app systems will not recognise your details.
Can I ask, have you contacted us before to create an account with us or have you been trying to create an account on the app?
