Why is it taking so long to get information of the it said 20 mins been waiting 90 mins

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us. I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems with our chat service - We've been a little busier this week than normal after the bank holiday weekend, so please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I'd recommend giving our Customer Contact Centre team a call - they'll be able to help you out directly with any issues you're currently facing, and at present the wait times don't appear to be too long - you can call them on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
