I am sorry to hear about this issue as this is an account specific issue and requires an agent to look into this the first point of action would be to call our customer service team on 0345 207 2000 who will be able to help diagnosis the issue.
As long as you have had no debt from a previous power up then this would indicate a more technical issue.
