Hi,

We recieved a letter in the post yesterday, to advise us that we are £2700.00 in credit.

I have tried to register an account, using all the correct details, but it won't register.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Can I ask was the letter you received addressed to yourself by Name? If the letter is under the occupier or a different name then it is likely the credit of the previous tenant.

If you don't currently have an account with Utilita then the best way is to contact our COT team on 0345 207 2000, who will be able to help set up an account in your name.
