Hi there! I am new utilita customer, i have been living from 2018 at the same address that is equipped since the begining with prepaid meters only, and switched to utilita recently (january 2025). I never had any debts as it wasnt possible due to prepaid meters. Once switched to utilita, i have been punished by adding around £1500 in total of a debt, £750 gas and £750 electricity. I have contacted utilita's non-existing unhappy customer support, they wrote me back the tenancy team will contact me and since then is quiet, noone is interested. Should i create a webpage and a few events that will proove utilita absolutley dont care about the customers and is absolutely not reliable and shouldnt be recommended at all?
