    Hi,I had a call a few days ago and a payment plan was set up.I told the collegue that I can make the amount this month due to personal payment issues that I have,I was told to contact someone before the payment day which is the 15/5/25.I cannot make a payment this month of £168.35.I have other things to sort out.please either start me next month,change me to an affordable payment arrangement or put me back on pre payment card payment’s as with these figures,it will leave me crippled .now I did say that to her on the 08/05/25 and she really didn’t care.please someone help me sort this out asap please?thanks.
